Warranty & complaints

Guarantee
We offer a standard 3-month warranty on all our refurbished products. A number of new products have a standard warranty of 6 months or 12 months. In addition, we have the option to extend the warranty to 6 or 12 months. These options appear on our product pages.

If you still have a question regarding the warranty of the purchased product, please contact us info@itgigant.nl or by calling 0174-226048.

We as IT Gigant will first try to solve your problem by telephone or email.

Complaint
We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing to info@itgigant.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere yet, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
