Shipping & returns

Order online
You can order all products in our webshop immediately, we deliver from our own stock. You can pay safely and we will ensure that the package reaches you safely. Adjustments to a laptop / PC such as an operating system or hard drive / SSD can mean that your order will be delivered a day later.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered by PostNL. Order will be delivered to the address you indicated during the order. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Reflection time / return
It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount minus the shipping costs. The costs for shipping, both there and back, are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

Services you have purchased, such as the installation of Windows and Office, will not be credited when you return the product.

To exercise this right you can contact us via info@itgigant.nl, or the contact form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us for this info@itgigant.nl. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

Accidentally passed a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
